We usually decorate our gingerbread house in the first part of December. It didn't work out that way this year. Grandma Valerie did a GREAT job frosting the house.

Christmas Goodies
Sara and her children came over to make chocolates, cookies and other goodies for some of our friends. It was wonderful to continue that Kearsley tradition with the next generation. Of course, we recently added a Ping pong table to our family, {early Christmas present} so Reed was entertaining and teaching the kids how to play while the moms and grandma made most of the treats. They helped with the chocolates and sugar cookies. :)
Chocolates
Raspberry Almond bars {I had to sneak a taste - YUMMY!}.
Sara's chocolate fudge
Reed's favorite - Rice Krispie treat

Nine Months Old
Cutie Pie just keeps on getting more adorable and mobile each month. She's nine month old and has mastered rolling from her back to her tummy. She has been getting better about rolling tummy to back. Cutie Pie has also figured out how to wiggle her body to reach toys or something new to suck. She can also suck on her big toe.
She weighs 16 pounds 9 ounces and is 24 inches long. She also had ear surgery {Dec 5th} to place tubes. Her ears have only heard 50% of what a normal person hears, so her ENT is hoping that the tubes will clear up the extra fluids and help her hear. She's already responding well and is much more responsive to noise and the world around her.

Christmas Cards
One tradition I love to do around Christmas is make cards. I love the creating and sharing with friends and family. It's also fun when friends and family come over to create with me.
The Big group. I have a hard time settling on one design.

Here are a few of my favorites:
I love my new embossing folders, especially snowflake ones.

Polar Bear Birthday
I love our Polar Bears at our zoo, especially Conrad. I remember several trips watching him "play" with the goodies and enrichment items they left for him and his sister, Tasul. Today was their 29th {I think} birthday. They celebrated with colored cream cheese on the windows and a giant ice cake with goodies inside. Sweet Pea and I joined grandma, Sara and her two kiddos to celebrate with the bears.
